JDA is a small architecture practice operated by Joshua Duncan. Based in Vasse, Western Australia, JDA is currently undertaking projects across the greater South West region, Perth and Fremantle.

JDA is not interested in the opulent or flashy, instead pursuing extraordinary qualities latent in the everyday.

The architectural process of JDA is guided by first principles that ground each unique project with common objectives such as optimal solar exposure and control (response to climate), occupant agency (flexibility and adaptability) and simple but delightful architectural tectonics.
